Determined and personable, Stanley’s passion for contributing, supporting, and making a difference earned him the role of Tenece group’s administrative manager. With almost ten years of experience in human resource management, supply chain system, logistics, and corporate administration, Stanley has a proven track record of directly supporting senior-level executives, managing top-priority clients, and providing support to the group’s Shared services unit. He has a solid ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and foster professional relationships within organizations. Stanley’s philosophy centers around his role in helping others find solutions. Stanley is committed to excellence in service; he predicts needs and always practices personal accountability in the workplace. Stanley had his first degree in Philosophy from the prestigious Ambrose Alli University, Edo state. He also has a master’s degree in Industrial and Labour relations from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), an Alumnus of York Entrepreneurship Development Institute, where he completed the YEDI International Program, Ontario, Canada. He is also a certified supply chain manager from the Regenesys Business School. Stanley completed the MANAGEMENT ACCELERATION PROGRAMME (MAP) in 2017 and BUILDING & LEADING THE 21ST CENTURY TEAM in 2022 at Lagos Business School (LBS), where he is an alumnus.
