Nnamdi is a business executive specializing in project management, business process optimization, and enterprise technology solution deployment. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Learning, Innovation, and Talent Acceleration at Tenece Group, where he aligns operational frameworks with long-term corporate growth objectives. He began his career as a network engineer at Atani Communications, where he directed infrastructure projects for the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN). 

His background includes research in African global sourcing models and participation in the 10th Annual African Business Conference at Harvard Business School. 

Nnamdi holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria and an MSc in Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His professional training includes corporate coursework in e-business, information security, business process re-engineering, incident management, and business continuity planning.
