Lina is a seasoned strategist and organizational transformation expert with broad experience spanning banking, information technology, manufacturing, environmental management, and business consulting. Prior to joining Tenece, she spent over six years as a management consultant, specializing in knowledge management, process engineering, human performance optimization, and financial modeling. Her technology grounding includes four years with Diamond Bank’s Information Technology Group, where she was a pioneer of the bank’s e-Business unit, contributing to its strategy design and execution. A passionate advocate for process excellence, Lina views organizational predictability as a key competitive advantage. She also founded TAGE (Towards A Greener Environment), an NGO championing environmental education among youth. Lina holds a first-class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, an MSc. with distinction in Environmental Management from Cranfield University, and a Ph.D. in Strategy and General Management from ESADE Business School, Barcelona.
