Adelagun Olayiwola Azeez serves as the Head of Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management, and ISO Compliance at Tenece Holdings Limited. He brings over 15 years of cross-functional experience spanning financial services, information technology, and enterprise management systems, providing strategic leadership in driving compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives. 

He is a Designated Compliance Professional (DCP-CIN), a Chartered Accountant, a certified risk professional, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). His academic qualifications include a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance Management from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is also a certified implementer and auditor of multiple international standards.
