Chinyere is a seasoned senior business executive with over fifteen years of progressive experience in financial strategy, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, built across business consulting, FMCG, healthcare (consumer products and diagnostics) sectors.

In her role as Head of the Shared Service Centre and Chief Financial Officer at Tenece Holdings Limited, she provides strategic leadership for the Group’s shared services function, driving operational efficiency, strengthening financial governance, and enhancing the financial management framework to support sustainable growth.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Ahmadu Bello University and an MBA from Lagos Business School.

 

She also serves on the Career Development Sub-Committee of the ACCA Women’s Network in Nigeria (AWNN) and is an Associate Member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ).
