Olayemi Obidipe is a finance professional with over a decade of progressive experience across Finance Business Partnering, Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Business Performance. Having advanced through multiple finance and operational roles since joining Tenece Group, she currently serves as Team Lead, Finance Business Partner, where she partners with business leaders to support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and deliver sustainable business value.

Her responsibilities include supporting business planning and budgeting, monitoring financial performance, evaluating project profitability, driving cost optimization initiatives, having managed treasury operations, and providing financial insights that support commercial and operational objectives. She also has experience in working capital management, financial governance, project finance, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.

Olayemi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in FinTech & Blockchain from Nexford University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Ekiti State University. Currently pursuing the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) professional qualification and has completed executive programmes at Lagos Business School (LBS) and FITC in Strategic Cost Management, Leadership, and Strategic Business Performance Management
