Onyinye Ojukwu is a results-driven legal and business executive with over 14 years of multifaceted experience representing the Tenece Group across legal, operational, and strategic functions. Her career is marked by consistent leadership, innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence.
A smart and strategic thinker, Onyinye combines legal expertise with a solid track record in business development, project management, and corporate governance. She has led and contributed to numerous high-impact initiatives, including regulatory compliance, cross-border subsidiary registration, corporate structuring, technology transaction negotiations, and the execution of outsourcing agreements.
Beyond her legal acumen, Onyinye is a trusted business advisor with hands-on experience in strategic planning, operations management, sales, and relationship management. Her ability to bridge legal insight with commercial strategy has made her an asset across sectors including real estate and technology.
She is also one of the founding leaders of Private Estates West Africa (PEWA), where she played a pivotal role in establishing operational frameworks and driving business growth.
Onyinye began her career in 2008 after being called to the Nigerian Bar. Since then, she has distinguished herself through her diligence, professionalism, and corporate diplomacy. She holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the Non-Profit Management for Senior Executives Program at the Lagos Business School (LBS).
