Currently serving as the Business Manager at Chloe Hygiene and Baby Products Limited, Blessing previously held the role of Regional Head of Shared Services and Compliance at Tenece Holdings Ltd., a position she held with distinction for over 8 years.
Her areas of expertise include talent management, financial management and analysis, audit and compliance, budgeting, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship management.

Blessing is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She also earned an MBA with a specialization in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and recently completed a second master’s degree (MSc.) in Human Resource Management from Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT).
She is an alumna of the renowned INSEAD Business School (France & Singapore), where she completed the General Management Program in 2016, marking a pivotal step in her executive development journey.
