Emmanuel is a Symantec-certified technology strategist specializing in building scalable, resilient, and future-ready business solutions. As Executive Director, Government and Multilateral Agencies at Tenece Group, he leads high-impact initiatives while aligning organizational vision with long-term profitability. His expertise spans enterprise high-availability systems, crisis management, and sales strategy. Emmanuel led the design and deployment of some of Nigeria’s and sub-Saharan Africa’s largest enterprise data protection and disaster recovery solutions. Notably, he was among a select global team of consultants who developed the Business Continuity and Integration Strategy for the Central Bank of Nigeria, covering IT security, service-oriented architecture, and knowledge management. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from Business School Netherlands, and is a certified member of the Business Continuity Institute, United Kingdom.
