Kingsley is a distinguished entrepreneur, business leader, technology strategist, and human-capital development advocate, serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Tenece Holdings Limited, a diversified African conglomerate with interests across Information Technology, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and related sectors.

As Group CEO, Kingsley provides strategic leadership across a growing portfolio of businesses, including Tenece Professional Services Ltd., with nine subsidiaries spanning Africa and the UAE; Private Estates International West Africa (PEIWA); Tenece Real Estate; Ostara Farms Ltd.; Prolog Energy Services Ltd.; and Chloe Hygiene and Baby Products Ltd. His leadership reflects a proven ability to identify emerging opportunities, build scalable enterprises, navigate complex markets, and create sustainable value across diverse industries.

Beyond corporate leadership, Kingsley is deeply committed to technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the development of Africa’s next generation of leaders. He is the founder of Genesys Tech Hub, a pioneering capacity-building initiative established to equip young entrepreneurs and professionals with technology skills, funding, mentorship, and business management support.

Over more than a decade, Genesys has made a significant impact on Nigeria’s technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The initiative has trained thousands of software developers and technology enthusiasts, awarded academic scholarships to hundreds of undergraduate students, incubated and funded 16 startups, and provided support to more than 150 SMEs. Through this work, Kingsley has demonstrated a sustained commitment to transforming talent into opportunity and enabling young people to become creators of value.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and diversity of thought. He believes that organisations achieve enduring success when people are empowered to contribute their perspectives, develop their capabilities, and pursue ambitious ideas. Kingsley’s contributions to business, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship have earned him several honours and recognitions, including the prestigious Innocent Chukwuma Award for Innovation.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology; an MSc. and PhD in Business Management from the University of Nigeria; and an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School. He is also an alumnus of London Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

In recognition of his accomplishments and contributions, Kingsley holds two Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Godfrey Okoye University and Coal City University. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) and serves as a faculty member at the University of Nigeria Business School.
