Olayemi is a finance executive with nearly a decade of experience specializing in corporate accounting, financial planning, and operational strategy. Having advanced through the organization since joining as a graduate trainee, she currently serves as the Head of Treasury for Tenece Group. Her core responsibilities include managing group finances, constructing financial business plans and forecasts, performing complex financial analyses, executing internal audits, and reconciling actual performance against corporate budgets. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Ekiti State University (formerly University of Ado-Ekiti) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). 

Additionally, Yemi has completed the Non-Profit Management for Senior Executives program at the Lagos Business School (LBS). Her background combines technical knowledge of regulatory accounting principles with hands-on expertise in treasury management and long-term corporate financial forecasting.
