Onyinye Ojukwu is a legal and business executive with over 15 years of experience across legal, operational, and strategic functions, primarily representing Tenece Holdings Limited. Her expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cross-border subsidiary registration, technology transaction negotiations, and outsourcing agreements. She was one of the founding employees of Private Estates International West Africa (PEIWA), where she played a key role in establishing the company’s core operational and growth frameworks.

Her commercial background includes hands-on management in strategic planning, sales, real estate, and project management, bridging legal risk mitigation with commercial strategy.

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008, Onyinye holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and completed the Non-Profit Management for Senior Executives Program at the Lagos Business School (LBS).
