Nnamdi Anika is Executive Director, Learning, Innovation and Talent Acceleration at Tenece Professional Services Limited. His work spans project management, business process improvement and the deployment of enterprise technology solutions, and he is responsible for aligning the company’s operating frameworks with its long-term growth objectives. 

He joined Tenece in 2009 as Head of Operations and Solution Delivery, where he introduced ITIL-based service management practices that improved customer satisfaction and reduced revenue leakage. From 2015, as Vice President for Business Services and Operations, he led the adoption of an integrated service management centre and the ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications the company holds today, and restructured the sales function. Since 2022 he has led business development, strategic innovation and business incubation, taking three new businesses from idea to market and overseeing the deployment of new products across client sites.

Nnamdi is also Managing Director and Co-Founder of Genesys Tech Hub, an innovation centre, ventures studio and start-up incubator he helped establish in Enugu in 2016 to address the outflow of technical talent from South-East Nigeria. Genesys has trained more than 3,200 technology professionals, graduated over 750 software developers, funded eight start-ups and supported more than 145 small businesses.

He holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MSc in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where his dissertation examined the prospects of global sourcing from Africa. He is currently completing a Professional MBA at the UBC Sauder School of Business.

He has professional training and certification, including PRINCE2, ITIL v3, and Lean Six Sigma, alongside executive coursework in strategic innovation and business development at Lagos Business School, as well as in e-business operations and business process improvement.
