Jonathan is an information technology, business development, and enterprise sales professional with over two decades of cross-functional experience. Certified in HP-UX, ITIL, and Prince2, his career includes managing IT infrastructure at the Ghanaian Ministry of Finance (BPEMS) and as a pricing and marketing analyst across six West African nations for DHL. 

 

At Vodafone Ghana, he designed and deployed aftersales and customer experience systems that reduced terminal warranty management expenditures. His technical sales expertise includes driving revenue growth as a Business Development Manager for regional technology solution firms Ostec Limited and CWG Ghana. 

He holds a combined major BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Ghana, a Diploma in Leading for Results from INSEAD, Singapore and a Certificate in Leading and Managing People from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He possesses a documented history of cross-border team collaboration and strategic partner management.
