We are seeking a proactive, analytical yet pragmatic and highly credible finance professional who demonstrates strong business acumen, sound judgement and confidence to challenge and influence decision making constructively. The Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides support to the assigned business verticals by providing financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support. This acts as a bridge that links the finance and operation teams to improve profitability, maintain cost discipline, and sustain growth while adhering to group policies and processes.
1. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for different teams, projects, or business units.
- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze variances and explain drivers such as headcount changes, cloud usage, licensing, or project delays.
2. Management Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards
- Provide clear commentary on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis
3. Business Partnering & Stakeholders Support
- Act as a key liaison to business unit leads by providing objective financial guidance
- Act as a link between operational teams and senior finance leadership
- Support finance transformation initiatives such as system improvements or process automation
4. Controls, Compliance, and Governance
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, approval limits, and internal procedures and controls.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements

- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accountancy, ACA or a related field.
- 4-6 years in accounting experience is an added advantage
