The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects across multiple technology domains, ensuring full adherence to PMO governance, reporting standards, and quality expectations. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong project delivery discipline, cross-functional coordination capability, and hands-on experience managing technology initiatives endtoend.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery is on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Enforce PMO governance, reporting standards, and documentation requirements assigned projects.
- Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and submit clear project status reports to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and frameworks.
- Contribute to portfolio planning, lessons learned Sessions, and postimplementation reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, Scrum Master) – added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT project management experience
- Hands-on experience managing IT projects across multiple technology domains, including:
- Software development & system integration
- Infrastructure & network deployments
- Cloud migration / enterprise applications
- Cybersecurity or data-related initiatives
- Exposure to end-to-end project delivery within structured PMO or consulting Environments
- Experience working with cross-functional internal teams, vendors, and third party partners.
- Prior exposure to technology services, systems integration, or enterprise IT delivery organizations is highly desirable
Required Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Solid understanding of IT delivery lifecycle, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
- Working knowledge of risk management, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management.
