The foreman will be in charge of direct supervision of all artisans and laborers. He will directly take and execute instructions from the Civil Engineer. He will exhibit experiencing in directly piloting the onsite execution of specifications as instructed by the engineer from inception to completion
● Carryout setting out, share partition excavation works and will work alongside the civil engineer in confirming completed excavation works
● Set out partition blockworks, supervise formworks, concrete works, plastering works and general finishes
● Bring together competent artisans that will deliver on project in accordance to directives given them.
● Pay daily wages to workers at the end of each day as agreed by the project team, under the supervision of the engineer
● Identify and sort-out issues regarding setting out, block works, structural works and general supervision
● Be able to use precision equipment to monitor quality of work
● Get approval from the Civil Engineer before commencing a next phase of work
● Give daily report to civil Engineer on work progress and material usage
● Technical certification ascertaining Foreman status
● Must have at least 7 – 10 Construction Experience
● Site supervison experience
