The Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing
enterprise IT infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role
involves working with network systems, servers, storage, and cloud platforms to support business
operations and enhance IT efficiency.
• Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT
infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Network & System Administration: Configure and manage network devices, firewalls, VPNs,
and cloud-based systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure system security, perform vulnerability assessments and
implement best practices for data protection and compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high
availability and efficiency.
• Cloud & Virtualization Management: Deploy and manage cloud-based services (AWS, Azure)
and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery
plans.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and clients to provide technical
support and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management and storage solutions.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
