Where we transfer your data to a country for which the NDPC has not made an adequacy of protection decision, we shall first seek your consent or where it is impossible to obtain your consent, transfer the data in only the following instances:

- To protect your vital interest or the vital Interest of another data subject where you are physically or legally incapable of giving consent;
- For purposes of public interest.
- Where you have given and not withdrawn your consent to such transfer. In such instances, we will endeavour to properly communicate the risks of such transfer to you in a manner that you understand;
- Where you enter into a contract with a third party, necessitating such transfer or where you request such transfer prior to entering into a contract with a third-party; and
In instances where such transfer is solely for your benefit, but we are unable to obtain your consent.
Is the information collected through the Tenece Service secure?

Governing Law
